Care:
- Sensor puck must be removed BEFORE cleaning your bottle body and wiped only with a damp cloth.
- DO NOT submerge the sensor puck in water or place in the dishwasher.
- Lids and Tritan plastic bodies are top-rack dishwasher safe.
- All stainless-steel bottle bodies are HAND WASH ONLY.
- The 20 oz Cup is the only product designed for hot liquids. DO NOT use hot liquids in any other sizes as their straw and chug lids are not designed to withstand the internal pressure created by hot contents which can result in the discharge of hot liquids that can cause injury.

This goal will change from day to day based on the weather, elevation, and activity levels if you enable location services or sync to fitness tracking apps.
