Return policy

If your bottle isn’t working as promised, please reach out to support@hidrate.me within the first 90 days of receiving your Hidrate Spark 2.0, and our team will work with you to fix, replace, or return your bottle.

For any other refunds, please contact support@hidrate.me to see what we can do! Typically, non-warranty returns will only be accepted within 30 days of receipt if the bottle is unused, in the original packaging, and contains all original parts/accessories. Because we’re still in the startup stages as a company, we ask that return shipping charges be prepaid.

If your non-warranty return is accepted, we’ll process your refund, less any original shipping/handling fees or taxes, within 2 weeks of our receipt of the bottle after an inspection from our team. :)
