So far loving the new water bottle this is my third version I have own, keep thing cold for hours.
This is my second tumbler purchased. I now have one for work & one for home. Love it!
This bottle is thw reason I am able to upkeep with my water intake throughout the day as a stay at home mom. My kids now all rush to drink their water when they hear the reminders and come tell me to drink water too!
It was a little harder to open than the first one but other wise good
I did not want a plasric bottle. I vuew this product as being worhless. It wont even keep a deink cold for more than 10 minutes.
I have reached out to HidrateSpark multiple times with no avail. I want to return this worthless item and be provided the correct metal bottle.
If they arent going to to respond, let me reeturn this item, or make this right, i will no longer purchase from them or use thier products moving forward.
I have been faithful to HidrateSpark for 6 years now…. This highly upsets me…
I like that it holds 32 oz of water. I had a much easier time of connecting the bottle to the app this time round. I have the 24oz bottle too. Now i can use one and wash the other
This is my 3rd bottle from Hidrate. I love the convenience of automatically tracking how much I'm drinking and knowing what it takes to stay hydrated.
Whenever i put the bottle down filled with water. It signals how many ounces of water I drank during that time.
This is not the one I wanted I needed the original HidrateSpark Pro jug thought it would be compatible, but it’s not trying to return having a hard time communicating and setting up return label please assist me
Mine worked just fine (that is until both stopped working) and i think if you have ADHD or issues with object permanence and water — this is the best addition to the smart setup.
My only complaints for this review were : The response time for issues and the delivery process wasnt clear because the tracking number wasnt being seen my DHL, and at one point said returned to sender but then made it the next day? Anyways, hoping i can get my wife’s working ASAP!
Now: well now my sensor is flashing a red WHILE its charging and its at 80%.
Bought two, set up mine and went to set up my wife’s (this one) and the sensor did not work. Ill be waiting for support to get back to me. Its a great addition to the life of someone having issues remembering the existence of your water but the sensor part is key to its use so its iust a pink bottle for now.
This does not fit the HidrateSpark Pro. It was advertsied as a lid for the Pro. This was a waste of money. If you bought the original, dont look for replacement parts. And the worse part is I spent a lot of money on the first bottle. If I need any replacement parts, I will have to change to a different brand.
