I've been using HidrateSpark for the past 3 years and it has helped me increase my hydration. I love the glow functionality, with the ability for some limited customization, unless you want to pay more for complete color customization. Having it connect via Bluetooth to phone app is useful.

Amazing water bottle. The smart features I like include: Auto-syncing between the bottle, app, and iPhone health app. Auto adjusts water intake goal based on my physical activity. Daily reminders to drink water.

I had my doubts, I have a busy schedule and oftentimes forget to drink water, I wasn’t sure this would get me to drink more, but it actually does, and even though I don’t reach my goal everyday, I’m much closer than I was before. My kidneys are really happy with it.
