Cool Off and Get a Boost: HidrateSpark WAVE Popsicle & Drink Recipes

With temperatures on the rise this summer, we all want cold, refreshing treats as a way to cool off. One of the classic summer treats that comes to mind is popsicles. Simple, refreshing, and delicious, popsicles are a staple for kids and adults alike. Now, you can get a boost of electrolytes or immune support by making your own HidrateSpark WAVE popsicles and drinks. Check out these recipes that will keep you cool this summer. 

HidrateSpark WAVE Popsicle Recipes

Orange Creamsicle Popsicle

1 cup fresh orange juice

1 cup plain yogurt (not flavored)

½ - 1 scoop HidrateSpark WAVE Immune Support - Orange Tangerine flavor


Yields 16 ounces

Instructions:

  1. Pour orange juice, yogurt, and scoop of Orange Tangerine WAVE into a blender. Blend until well combined. 
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and let freeze for 6 hours
  3. Take popsicles out of the mold and enjoy!

Strawberry Popsicle

1 cup fresh strawberries - chopped

1 cup water

1 scoop HidrateSpark WAVE Electrolytes - Strawberry flavor


Yields 16 ounces


Instructions:

  1. Chop strawberries into small pieces - into fourths or smaller
  2. Add strawberries, water, and a scoop of Strawberry WAVE into a blender. Blend until strawberries are mostly chopped.
  3. Pour into popsicle molds and let freeze for 6 hours
  4. Take popsicles out of the mold and enjoy!

HidrateSpark WAVE Drink Recipes

Pink Drink 

1 part passion fruit tea

2 parts HidrateSpark WAVE Electrolytes - Strawberry flavor with water

Garnish with dried strawberries


Instructions:

  1. Boil 1 cup of water and add passion fruit tea bag, steep. Set aside so tea cools.
  2. Fill your 17 or 21 ounce HidrateSpark smart water bottle with Strawberry WAVE, shake the bottle to dissolve. 
  3. Pour 1 part cooled tea and  2 parts WAVE mixture into a glass over ice.
  4. Optional - garnish with dried strawberries 

Lemon Green Tea (Hot Drink) 

1 cup of green tea

½ scoop HidrateSpark WAVE Electrolytes - Lemon flavor


Instructions

  1. Boil 1 cup of water and add a green tea bag, steep.
  2. Add ½ scoop of Lemon WAVE
  3. Stir well and enjoy!
